Course Overview
The Food Safety and Hygiene course aims to provide participants with essential knowledge and skills to ensure the safe handling, storage, and preparation of food. This course will cover six important topics: the importance of food safety, what makes food unsafe, personal hygiene when handling food, cleaning, sanitizing, and pest control, correct handling and storage of food products, and managing food allergens. Participants will gain practical insights and techniques to maintain a safe food environment, protect public health, and effectively manage allergens in food establishments.Â
